KIDS: 21 Days of Fasting and PrayerSample
READ: “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”—Romans 8:1 (NIV)
RESPOND: Condemnation is a big word. It simply means there is no judgment toward the bad things you’ve done; all those things have been forgiven. Think about how amazing that is! Does it mean that for everyone? No, it means it is only for those who have given their lives to Jesus. He loves you so much that when He died on the cross for you and rose again, all of your sins were forgiven the day you gave your life to Him. So, remind yourself daily of how much Jesus loves you and forgive yourself for the things He’s already forgiven you for.
PRAY: Dear God, thank You so much for Your Son, Jesus, who died for me. Help me to see myself like You see me. Help me to see myself as a person who’s been forgiven and to live a life of freedom with no shame. I love You. Amen.
