God has given you freedom of choice—also, the freedom to choose what you watch and listen to. We are still talking about (your) energy. Do you fill yourself with God’s word, which says: “For by the light of God’s Spirit, goodness, honesty, and truth grow.” (Ephesians 5:9)? God's Spirit is energy. Look at that text again. Is it something far away, or is it getting closer? Do you fill yourself with God's word, which is God and, therefore, His Spirit (energy)? On what information are your thoughts built? Which information do you soak in? Have you built your thoughts on God's word? Did you know that the quality of your thoughts determines the quality of your body cells? So you have a task. It is a tough but advisable task. You are taking responsibility for what you think is hidden. Open up your thoughts. Give them to Jesus. You now know that God has given you something that you can learn to handle with responsibility. You can learn how to control your thoughts. It is all about the energy that’s in you. I am talking about the energy God wants to fill you with daily. Now, start talking to Jesus about your thoughts (energy). Ask for His Spirit to guide you in this. As a result, you will discover a new positive truth about yourself. God’s truth for you. The beliefs you have in your system about yourself may not always be positive. You may still be fueling negative energy right now. Created by all the information you have been given that Satan may have misused. God has created and made you positive. So He also wants to fill you with His Heavenly fuel that is good for you. As long as you don’t dare to look at your thoughts and don’t want to pay attention to them, you won’t be able to control them. And isn’t it exactly the area of your thoughts where Satan only wants it, right? He wants to destroy. He can do that very simply by poisoning your thoughts. Stress-related diseases, including 95% of all cancers, currently dominate the Western mortality rate. So there is work to be done. Give your thoughts to Jesus today.
