Have you ever read or heard something and thought to yourself, That’s exactly what I needed to hear today? Maybe it was a devotional reading or a post on somebody’s Instagram or a sermon at church—but somebody listened to God and shared what was on their heart. YOU were the person who needed to read or hear it, and it was a blessing to you at just the right time. Have you ever thought, How did they know I needed to hear that? I don’t believe that’s a coincidence; God speaks directly to you through someone else’s obedience.

I often pray for the Lord to place people in my path who need more positivity. I ask Him to place words on my heart that people need to hear and give me the courage and confidence to speak to them. I pray He uses me and my big mouth to be a cheerleader for Him. Keep your eyes open for messages and moments God has meant for you. And trust the pull on your heart when you need to share a story or word of encouragement meant for someone else. Is there anything you’ve been saving for the right time to share? Maybe God’s been saving it “for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14 CSB).
