Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 7Sample

Hebrews eight is dedicated to the difference between the earthly priests and the heavenly one - Jesus Christ. The earthly priest brings sacrifices and offerings over and over again, whereas Jesus did it all with one sacrifice!
These are things that we have understood in our minds. However, it makes a huge difference when we start living in it. No matter what sin I have done or will do today - Jesus has already paid for it! You don't have to slaughter a lamb, pay money, or sacrifice your firstborn. Everything was done on the cross.
What does this mean to you? That EVERYTHING is done, and God’s deep desire is to spend time with you? Maybe you can take some time today, talk to your father and ask what He appreciates about you. Then enjoy the fact that your God loves you so much.
Are you aware that there is no escape from the new covenant that God has made with mankind? The old covenant was linked to circumcision, that is, to the blood of the people. Why does God make a new covenant with mankind (with YOU), which cannot be broken and hangs only on the blood of Jesus?
The first thought that comes to my mind as an answer is the indescribable love of the Father. How does it change your way of thinking when you completely claim this love that God wants to give you?
