The EndSample

In 1 Peter and 2 Peter, Paul reminds us once again that Christ’s return is near and encourages us to live each day in preparation for His return by living solely for God. In 2 Peter 3, Paul gives a very dramatic description of the second coming of Christ saying that the heavens will be destroyed by fire and encourages believers in Christ to remain pure so that Christ’s salvation will protect them from the coming judgment. After you read today’s passages, ask yourself these questions: What did I learn about God? What did I find interesting about what I read? How do I feel about what I read? Am I living a pure life? What might be compromising my purity?
About this Plan

The second coming of Christ is one of the most talked about and controversial topics found in God’s Word. Because some of what is found in the Bible regarding the end of time can be difficult to understand, there has been a great deal of debate and theories as to what will actually happen when Christ returns. This 32-day reading plan strips away all of the theories and debates and focuses only on what The Bible says about the end of time. Allow God to speak to you and show you what He wants you to know about the end as you read about it straight from the source.
