The LORD says, “I will restore my people to their land and have mercy on every family; Jerusalem will be rebuilt, and its palace restored.”
Reflect
Reread verses 8‒11. What does God promise? What are your thoughts about God’s words in verse 11 that his punishment will be fair? What does today’s reading teach you about God?
Pray
Almighty and faithful God, I come before you with a humble heart, seeking your mercy and forgiveness for my wrongdoings. Thank you for restoring me into a right relationship with you. Help me to be a channel of your grace and love to everyone I encounter today. Amen.
