The Power of Emotional Intelligence: Framing, Naming, and Taming Your EmotionsSample

Day 4
Here’s the fun part! Doing the work of framing and naming our emotions means we’re taming our emotions! We’re mastering our emotions! We're making our emotions user-friendly, allowing us to have good and healthy relationships.
Hey, now you’re rolling! Now you can stop judging people. You can stop being anxious about other people, and always trying to get them to change. You can now solve problems and communicate intelligently with anyone. You’re retraining your brain to think God’s way—which is humble! So: frame it, name it, and tame it!
Enjoy true emotional independence from momentary impulses! You’re ready to release all that inner negativity and channel the positivity of your inner soul! No longer will you feel so dragged around by your feelings of anger and worry.
To be healthy and happy, you have to master emotional intelligence. The Bible calls it Soul-Health! Today, I pray that you will be able to be healthy in your soul, as you continue to frame, name, and tame your emotions.
