The Thing About PainSample
Pain, Keep It And Grow It Or Share It And Row Through It!
"khushiya baatne se badhti hai, dukh baatne se hote hai kam" a line much known but less practiced. Because it needs courage for us to be vulnerable and let our self be seen. Scars are easier to talk about than to actually show them. Exposing our bare heart to someone is risking to be judged, shamed and even loose connection.
Most of us shield our pain and pretend to be happy, most of us isolate ourselves because we find it difficult to mask the pain in our eyes and afraid that someone will see right through us; yet in midst of this turmoil of managing pain by ourself, deep down inside of us we are finding that one person who would listen, that one place that we could be ourselves and say "I feel like crap!" without being judged, shamed or in "Christian" circles, preached to.
For this, it's imperative for us to build deep meaningful and appropriate relationship with people who believe in who you are, who know the call on your life and hold you to it , who are authentic and real to you. This briefly sums up a family.
Jesus said, "Come to me you who are heavy burdened and I'll give you rest". It's important for you take your heart and lay it open in front of Daddy. However, He and His kingdom best expresses itself in the framework of family. Look for your tribe, your people and express yourself and make space for them to express wholeheartedly.
