Day 4: God is generous and limitless
Our generation is constantly haunted by FOMO (fear of missing out), and we’re encouraged to take and keep things to and for ourselves. But with God, we don’t ever have to fear because he doesn’t hold back on any good thing.
Not only does he not hold back—but he is also able to go above and beyond what we can ask for or imagine. He may do it in us, through us, or around us, but one thing is for certain: he is a God without limits.
Reflection:
- Do you believe that if something you prayed for doesn’t work out, God will give something better?
- Are there any areas in your life where you’re living with a poverty mindset, believing that you may never have enough?
About this Plan
Every January at Favor Church, we pray and fast together for five days. This year, we’re starting off with bearing witness to who God is so we can be effective witnesses of his character to others.
