Being A Woman Of The WordSample

Running Well
Every time I run, I find myself very conscious of anything that impedes my motion. My phone, headphones, and clothes must all be in order before I set out or I'll have to stop and fix them halfway through. If I don't remove these hindrances, my run is much less effective.
This is the picture painted by the author of Hebrews. When you run a race, you don't want anything holding you back. You're willing to be ruthless with distractions. You will sacrifice the things that prevent you from crossing the finish line. This godly life — it's a race. So many of us are distracted by lesser pursuits. So many are weighed down with unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, and apathy. But Christ offers freedom from those burdens and promises to "renew our strength" for the road ahead. To run well, we have to first run to Him.

About this Plan

Our mission is to help lead women into transformational wholeness by sharing sound Gospel-centered, theological content from a Reformed perspective. Equipping women to confront deeper issues through seeking God, His Word and learning to fully surrender our individual lives to His Will. To know our identity in God, we must first come to know God, and we do that through His Word.
