Worshipping the King of HeavenSample
Overcomers!
There are times when frustration, pain, and uncertainty can lead to discouragement. Discouragement takes away our desire to believe! And how do we worship what we don't believe? The best time to worship is at the moment when we least feel like doing it.
It's a sacrifice in MIND, SOUL, and BODY. It involves all senses. It exercises FAITH. It's saying: "Here I am, God, I worship and trust you, even when the winds surround me, even when the ground has been shaken, even when I have lost everything, but I know you are my God, faithful, good, and just."
When we do this, we declare a powerful word that goes beyond the logic of the moment. It reminds us who our God is! It will allow us to endure any situation.
His Word says in John 16:33 KJV: I have spoken these things unto you that ye may have peace in me. In the world, you will have affliction, but trust, I have overcome the world.
We are in the world, but we are not of this world, and He who overcame the world gave us the promise of peace. Although we suffer afflictions like all humans, the difference for those who love God and live according to His will is how we go through them.
We carry a promise and guarantee that everything will be alright! Cling to them and trust them.
Prayer:
Father, I recognize you as my only God and Lord at this hour. Neither the situation, money, pain, nor illness will take your place in my life. They will not be the focus point of my speech. I will speak of your healing, your control, your provision. Of your will, good and pleasing. Father, from now on, I commit to seeking and worshiping you at all times! And may NOTHING or NO ONE stop or blur my worship and love for you, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
About this Plan
We were created and designed to worship. When God is not the center of our worship, something else will be because that design cannot be invalidated, and we will always have the need to worship something. This plan will teach us to understand that even in everyday life, in difficult or happy moments, God should always be the center of our worship.
