What's Next?Sample

Usually, our closest friends are the ones we spend the most time with. When you don’t see a friend for a while, you start to feel distant from them. In the same way, we can’t expect to grow closer to God if we’re never willing to spend time with him.
Think of all the ways you spend your day – school, practice, and hanging out with friends. It can feel like our days are going by quickly with all the activities that fill our schedule, and before you know it time with God becomes the last thing on your list of priorities. But without staying close to Jesus, we can’t accomplish anything meaningful in our lives.
So how can you spend time with Jesus? You can read your Bible, pray, or spend time listening to worship music. You can even take a walk and look at all the amazing things around you in the world that God created, like the clouds, trees, flowers, sun, and mountains! The more time with spend with Jesus, the closer you become with him.
