The Gift of Enduring Faith
What you believe matters and can influence the world to show your love of God. Your enduring faith plays an important part in your relationship and walk with God. You have a purpose for being where you are, with the people you are with, and particular circumstances around you. Jesus left this world charging the local church, the disciples, and ultimately all believers with the task of sharing the good news of salvation. Now, you have a special job to do. Globally, believers are responsible for sharing the Great Commission. It wasn’t a gentle nudge, but a commandment given by Jesus to His followers. Matthew 28:19-20, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
Believers are urged to share their faith with others, to proclaim the good news of salvation, to demonstrate the love of Christ through their actions, and to make disciples by teaching and baptizing. This responsibility is a privilege and a duty to spread the Gospel message. Your faith can lead to personal transformation, shaping your character, values, and actions to reflect the love and teachings of Jesus Christ. Your words, actions, and attitudes can demonstrate the love, compassion, and grace of God to others, leading your friends and neighbors to consider their own beliefs.
Enduring faith can motivate you to serve others, helping those in need, supporting your local church, or participating in missions and outreach activities. Your faith can move you to pray fervently for others and intercede on their behalf. Your faith can compel you to share your faith and invite them to experience the hope, forgiveness, and salvation found in Jesus Christ. You, too, can be a witness for Christ in your daily life, whether at work, school, home, or in your community. Your enduring faith is a consistent testimony that develops into a godly lifestyle that speaks volumes about the reality of your faith and the power of God to transform lives. It’s enduring faith that provides strength and comfort in times of difficulty, offering comfort, hope, and a sense of God’s peace in the midst of life's challenges.
