What Was I Made For?Sample

Have you ever felt like you just wanted to fit in? We all have at some point or another! Sometimes, it’s in the way we dress, how we talk, who we hang out with, what we do, the things we like—the list could go on and on. The issue? It never works! And if it does, it doesn’t last. One minute, we’re in, and then the next, we’re out. It kind of makes you wonder how to ever stop the cycle. Well, God gives us a better option. Instead of trying to fit into a mold the world gives us, God invites us to change the way we think. To see ourselves the way God sees us. To know that we belong and to believe God’s plan and purpose for us is greater than anything else we can try in this world.
This week, instead of focusing on what it feels like you have to do to fit in, focus on how celebrating God created you as you are—and that’s a good thing!
