A Wave Of Compassionate CaringSample

Praying for Waves of Compassion
A pebble thrown in a pond creates small waves that ripple out from the center. Prayer can create similar ripple waves of caring. Praying for others naturally breeds deeper levels of care within any community. When you trust God by praying for others, He rewards your faith in wonderful ways. In the process, hope is often brought to everyone involved, including yourself. Kathy Branzell describes how her neighborhood came together to develop a vibrant prayer network of care.

How can you unleash the power of care in your own communities? The options are endless when you combine efforts with others. Social media, texting, or face-to-face connections are some easy options as you pray for others. You can develop a caring community in your neighborhood, work, school and beyond. Many small acts - from supporting a fundraiser to helping someone through a troubled time - can make a big difference. As this movement of a caring community grows, you will see waves of changed lives.
