Belong to You by Iron Bell MusicSample

“The enemy can’t take what I have or change who I am, I belong to You”
The chorus of the song, “Belong to You” is the declaration that we belong to God, and the revelation of that reality is where we find our true identity. John 10:29 reads, “No one can snatch them out of the Father's hand." If you have accepted Christ, you are included in "them." No one can take your identity and destiny in Jesus, but you can be deceived into giving it away. Satan comes to “steal, kill, and destroy” by convincing you through deception that you are not who God says you are and God is not who He says He is. In Matthew 4, Satan twisted truth in an attempt to get Jesus to forfeit His destiny of going to the cross. However, Jesus believed the voice of His Father over the lies of the enemy. We are in the same battle Jesus faced because Satan knows that if we believe him, he can keep us sidelined and ineffective, however, if we believe God, we are a threat. Through Jesus, you are more than a conqueror! You are a co-heir with Christ, and you have been given everything you need to live a life of godliness. Your identity is a son or daughter of God. Today, you can put a stake in the ground and declare the truth that the enemy can't take what you have or change who you are, because you belong to your Father!
