The Gutenberg Bible

In his Bible, Gutenberg included a copy of a letter of Jerome, the fourth-century scholar who translated and revised biblical texts that formed the Latin Vulgate. In this letter, Jerome praises a bishop named Paulinus for his eagerness to learn the Bible, citing a verse from 2 Timothy.
