Insufficient Answers - Not All Questions Have Answers

DAY 9 OF 9

Insufficient answers

Jesus is God’s answer to us. He came to explain the Father to us. He went through the same type of suffering that we are going through. Before the cross, He was afraid, so He asked His Father to take away this cup of suffering. Isaiah 53 tells us how He suffered in our place, and in Hebrews 5:8, the Word says that He learned obedience through what He suffered.

He didn’t doubt His Father’s character and will. He trusted His Father. Jesus is the Father’s answer to questions and our human dilemma of sin. He came for a greater purpose than Himself. He understood the devastation of sin. He suffered rejection and loneliness on the cross. His eyes were fixed on the Father. This is how God wants us to live.

The Father says, "In Jesus, you will find the answers to your questions, the solutions to your problems, and the fulfilment of your desires.”

Sometimes, it is best to trust God instead of trying to understand everything. He is reliable and never unreasonable. Nothing that will ever happen to us has not been thoroughly measured, weighed, and shaped in heaven by the infallible, loving hands of Almighty God.

Happy people are those who are not offended by God and His ways. He is the Unseen, Unchanging, infinitely wise God. He will never change, and neither will His ways. Nothing is as sure as the unchanging Christ in the fullness of His wisdom, sovereignty, mercy, grace, goodness, and love.

Day 8

About this Plan

Insufficient Answers - Not All Questions Have Answers

As we go through life, we will face situations that cause us to ask difficult questions. These questions will come from pain, failure, humiliation, and powerlessness. There are no answers to all our questions, but it is still possible to live meaningful lives with what God has revealed to us from His Word.
