The Purpose of ChristmasSample

Wouldn’t it be great if the kindness, care, and compassion that are supposed to mark the Christmas season could last beyond December? If God’s heart for us that seems so clear in this season could stay just as clear in any season? Well, while life may look different as the Christmas season moves on each year, the things that the season represents can remain. Why? Because Jesus remains.
Jesus never changes, and that means the things Jesus made available to us—the faith, hope, and love that we talk about and experience so much at Christmas—never change either. The very things that Jesus brings us in this season are the very things we can look to Jesus for in any season. We can look to the constants of faith, hope, and love not just at Christmas, but always. They will last forever, and that’s something we can trust.
This week, place this verse somewhere you will see it to remind you of the things Jesus came to give us at Christmas. Then, leave it up after the season ends to help you remember that you always have access to faith, hope, and love. Because of Jesus, these things will always remain.
