Okay, let's keep it real here!

When I originally did this fast, I gotta admit, I was mostly focused on my own problems at first. There's this thing that's been holding me back for a while, and I wanted to tackle it head-on. But you know what? God had other plans, and He showed up in the most extra way possible for me at that time.

He brought Ezra to my attention, and it hit me hard. In his book, he talks about fasting to humble ourselves before God and seek His provision and protection for ourselves, our children, and all our stuff. Yeah, you heard that right, our stuff!

Now, let's be honest. A lot of us are going through financial struggles. Maybe you've lost investments, a home, or a job. Trust me, we've been there too. We've had to rely on food banks and soup kitchens to get by. But you know what's amazing? Even in those tough times, we never lacked!

God always came through with an abundance of food and provision. And now, we may not be in that place anymore, but we still believe that if something belongs to us, God will make sure we receive it in His perfect timing. We also believe that He will protect what we already have and provide for us to fulfill His purpose.

And guess what? We want the same for you!

So let's stand together with the Holy Spirit and believe that God is gonna come through for each and every one of you and your family members.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I acknowledge Your hand of protection over me, my family, and my possessions. Thank You for always being with us and guiding us on our journey. Help me to stay focused on You and rely on Your provision. Give me discernment to recognize Your protection and provision, even when it comes from unexpected sources. I trust in Your faithfulness.
