Jesus Christ Is All in AllSample

Jesus will triumph over all His enemies
“For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.” (1 Corinthians 15:25)
The Lord Jesus has a lot of enemies. Many people don't want Him to be their King. They oppose Him and anyone who professes Jesus as Lord. In fact, they are influenced by God's great adversary, the devil. He is also called “the ruler of this world” (see John 12:31). On earth he still has much power. But he has already been defeated by Jesus. He is perfectly aware of his fate, which is why he is still trying to turn as many people as possible against Jesus before he will be finally destroyed.
The devil is not alone. He has a lot of followers. In Ephesians 6:12-13, these are called “the rulers, the authorities, the cosmic powers over this present darkness, the spiritual forces of evil.”
The good news is that all these powers will be defeated by Jesus Christ. This is also mentioned in the Bible verse that is our focus today: “...until He has put all His enemies under His feet.” The devil, all spiritual powers, as well as all people who oppose Jesus, will eventually have to acknowledge His kingship.
Do you often dwell on the fact that this world is a spiritual battleground? How does that affect you?
