15 Minutes - The Word, Worship, and Prayer

Here you go! You’ve almost made it! For many of you, this will be your first time spending 15 minutes with the Lord. For many of you, it's been a long time since you've done so, but God is so happy, so blessed, and so pleased to have you back spending time with Him in His Presence. He is with you.

Today, incorporate the final portion of The 5-5-5 Method in your daily time with the Lord: prayer—communication with and to God.

“Well, I don’t know what to pray or how to say it or what to do!” or "It's been too long, I don't know where to start, or what to say."

Well, guess what? For today’s Scripture reading, Jesus teaches you how to pray! His teaching is eternally better than anything I could try to teach you because it’s God’s Word and His Word is absolutely perfect!

It’s not supposed to be scary. You’re just talking to your Best Friend! And by the way, this Best Friend isn't like the gossips and slanderers; God helps provide a solution. He‘s all that you need. Yes, Godly healthy relationships are absolutely necessary. Being involved in a Bible-based church and in a Bible study is absolutely necessary. But the purpose of those—Godly community and fellowship—is to build each other up and grow in the Lord, and yes, to be vulnerable and open, but not to gossip and slander people. There's a way to share what you're going through without dragging someone's name through the dirt. If you want to tell anyone how you really feel about a specific person, take it to God. He's willing to hear you, help you, heal you, and perfectly guide you about what to do regarding that specific person. He will guide you through His Word and He will never contradict His Word—no matter what you feel—His Word is true.

After today's Scripture readings, search “Our Father“ on YouTube for your time of worshipping the Lord, and then do what you are taught to do in God’s Holy and Perfect Word and pray to God! God's Word is Holy and Perfect for a reason! He actually knows what He’s talking about!

God made you, and He loves what you’re doing by putting Him first in your life through implementing the practice and discipline of prioritizing Him daily, because He’s worthy, and He loves you so much and desires to be with you both now and for all eternity.
