EquipHer Vol. 6: "The Key to Unstoppable Growth"Sample
Day 3: Collaborate to Multiply
When God calls us to bear fruit, He often invites us to do so alongside others. We were not created to walk alone; the Bible shows us that true growth occurs through those relationships that God establishes. In the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30), the servants were not only responsible for their own talents but also demonstrated how teamwork can multiply the fruit. When we share our vision with others, we can benefit from their wisdom, experiences, and resources.
The power of collaboration is rooted in the biblical principle of the unity of the body of Christ. In 1 Corinthians 12:12-14, Paul writes that just as the body has many parts, so we, though different, form one body in Christ. Each member has a unique and irreplaceable role, and our diversity is not a hindrance but a strength. This means that every time we combine our gifts, we amplify the impact we can have in the world. It is an invitation to recognize and value the strengths that each person brings to the community we are part of.
Reflective Questions
- What gifts and talents can I share with others to support a common vision?
- Have you considered joining groups or communities that share your values and goals? What practical steps can you take to seek out or build a support network?
Prayer
Lord, thank You for the relationships You have placed in my life. Help me to recognize opportunities for collaboration and to seek ways to unite my strengths with those of others. May I build bridges of support and encouragement so that together we can bear fruit for Your glory. Amen.
About this Plan
There are moments in life when we feel an inner push toward something greater, a divine call to multiply the talents and resources that God has given us. This devotional plan will explore how we can respond to this call and how we can transform our gifts into instruments for the glory of God. Together, we will discover that growth is not only possible but inevitable when we align ourselves with God’s will.
