Week 2: Knowing Truth in the Age of AISample

We live in a world where the truth is constantly being debated and doubted. It’s often hard to know what is true and what isn’t, especially about God and how to live.
In today’s verses, the Apostle John reminds us not to accept every claim blindly. This call to “test the spirits” is important as there are many voices claiming to offer truth.
However, the true mark of someone who carries the Spirit of God is their acknowledgment of Jesus as the ultimate source of truth—he is fully God and fully human. Any teaching that rejects this truth will ultimately lead us away from a genuine relationship with God.
So, as you try to filter through the various teachings and ideas in your life, take time to measure them against the truth of Christ. Seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit through prayer, and trust that he will help you.
