Walk With Jesus: 21 Days Through MatthewSample

Jesus and His disciples got into a boat to cross the Sea of Galilee. Jesus fell asleep - he would have been very tired after teaching and healing people for days. But when a great storm came up, His disciples woke Him up. They were scared! Would you be scared if you were in a small boat during a big storm? Jesus told the winds and sea to stop - and they did! The storm was over. Jesus was showing His disciples that He has authority over nature - that He can control it. We can trust Jesus when we are scared like the disciples. Can you think of a time you have been scared? We are all scared sometimes. Let's pray and thank God for always being there when we need Him.
