Man UpSample

Week 3: Be a Man in Your Work
No matter where we find ourselves, we must consider our working as being done for Christ, not man. We have no excuses to do mediocre work. In fact, we shouldn’t even expect a reward in this lifetime, though God may provide one. All our work is heavenly work, whether we are a butcher, plumber, or pastor. What an incredible witness Joseph had, that when he came to Potiphar’s house, the entire kingdom was blessed on account of him. Let that be said of us as men – that where we go, our work is so excellent as unto God, that our entire atmosphere is blessed. Remember, our work speaks louder of our character than our words.
Practical Steps
- This week, work harder than anyone else in your department/field. Pray this morning that God would use your work to bless the company you work for.
