Man UpSample

Week 4: Be a Man in Community
Our friendships are often founded through common interests – sports, media, etc. It can’t stop there. Paul is clear – friendships are strongest when their conversations are focused on ‘love and good works.’ Hebrews specifically tells us we need to meet together. This seems simple enough, but it reminds us – it takes effort to have friends. Friendships typically drift away for one reason: two people stop putting in the effort. Commit today to putting in the energy it takes to maintain solid, Godly friendships.
Practical Steps
- Pray this morning that God would remind you daily of the importance of your friendships, and be sure to connect with at least one friend this week or next.
