Good Christians are known for their self-sacrifice. But often in our eagerness to serve we forget to show understanding, compassion and mercy to others. Jesus told us what is important to Him.
“Lord, thank you for this reminder. Yes, it is in my loving and caring for my fellow human beings that I become a true Christian. Where I am lacking in love, O Lord, please increase it in me, so I can love like You, Jesus. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
