When Anger StrikesSample

When Peace Wins Over Anger
Verse: “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience...” – Galatians 5:22 (NIV).
I had moments when anger seemed to win, but I learned with God to turn that feeling into something good. Instead of holding on to bitterness, I began to use my voice and my faith to help others who also suffered. Today I understand that the peace Jesus gives is much stronger than anger.
Biblical explanation:
Jesus also felt indignation when He saw the temple being misused. But His anger was holy: not to harm, but to correct and teach. He shows us that anger can be used for good when guided by the Spirit of God.
Therapeutic practice:
When you feel angry, place your hand on your heart, take a deep breath, and repeat: “Jesus, fill my heart with Your peace.” Do this 3 times.
Prayer:
“Lord, transform my anger into peace and teach me to love as You have loved me. Amen.”

About this Plan

We all feel anger, and children and pre-teens are no different. I know this from my own childhood, facing bullying, struggles, and feeling different. Many times I cried and didn’t know how to react. Today, as a psychologist, mentor, and servant of Christ, I’ve learned that anger can be transformed when surrendered to God. In this plan, you’ll discover peace through His Word.
