Talking to God (Prayer)
Philippians 4:6-7
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Devotional Thought:
Prayer is simply talking to God about what’s on your heart. You don’t need fancy words, just honesty. God cares about what you're going through and promises peace when you bring your worries to Him. Prayer isn’t just for emergencies; it’s how we build trust and closeness with our Father.
Reflection Questions:
- What holds you back from praying consistently?
- What would it look like to invite God into the small details of your day?
Prayer Prompt:
Father, teach me how to talk with You. Thank You for listening and for the peace You offer when I come to You.
