Love Where You AreSample

Day 1 - God Has You Here on Purpose
You weren’t placed where you are by accident. The neighborhood you live in, the office you work in, the coffee shop you frequent, none of it is random. God is wildly intentional. The story of Scripture is not of a God who keeps His people hidden, but One who sends them into the world, ordinary people living out an extraordinary calling.
When Jesus said, “You are the light of the world,” He didn’t mean the church building. He meant you. Every moment, every conversation, every act of love is sacred. You are a living temple, God’s presence has moved from a building to your very being.
So today, pause. Look around. You are already standing on holy ground.
Discussion Questions:
1. How might your current “place” - home, job, or school - be part of God’s mission?
2. What does it mean to see your everyday environment as sacred?
3. Where might God already be working around you?
About this Plan

“Love Where You Are” is a four-day journey inviting you to see your everyday life as sacred ground and your ordinary spaces as mission fields. Whether you’re in an office, classroom, coffee shop, or neighborhood, God has placed you there on purpose. This plan will help you rediscover the beauty of being the church wherever you are—learning to love your actual neighbors, embody the Good News through small acts of grace, and live as someone sent, not stuck. It’s time to see your world through God’s eyes and bring His love to the places you already call home.
