Leading by Example
True leadership is not about giving orders. It is about living by example. Jesus never told people to do anything He was not willing to do Himself. He healed the sick, comforted the broken, and even washed the feet of His disciples to show that greatness begins with humility.
When He said, “I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you” (John 13:15), He reminded us that the greatest leader is also the greatest servant. His life was a daily lesson in compassion, patience, and grace. To follow Him is to live a life where words are backed by love in action.
About this Plan
This devotional reminds us that true leadership is found in Jesus. He is the Shepherd who guides, the Teacher who leads by example, the Influencer who brings light, the Peacemaker who calms our storms, and the powerful Savior who holds all things together. Each day reveals a new side of His leadership and invites us to follow His example with humility, love, and faith. When we learn to walk in His steps, we discover the peace and strength that only the True Leader can give.
