Healing Words
In a Few Words:
I don’t think any of us would purposely want to make someone sad. But sometimes we forget how powerful our words really are. What we say can either bring life or hurt. Proverbs 15:4 says our words can be like fruit—something that gives nutrients and helps people grow stronger.
That means when we choose the right words, we can make people feel encouraged, supported, and full of life.
Reflection:
When was the last time your words made someone feel better—or worse? What did you learn from that?
Challenge:
This week, make a serious effort to watch what comes out of your mouth. Speak words that bring life—to yourself and to others.
