Jesus Culture Bible Challenge: A 30 Day JourneySample

Day 15: Peter Did What?
While the Jewish ruling council was sentencing Jesus to death, Peter was just outside. A servant girl asked Peter if he was a follower of Jesus. Peter strongly denied it three times. Now he’s different. Today we’ll read how Peter and John told the same Jewish leaders that they are followers of Jesus. That’s bold! Then in Acts 5, you’ll check out an amazing prayer meeting.
Reflection:
What was the result of the prayer meeting in Acts 4? Spend some time today asking God to do signs and wonders through you. Ask God what the disciples asked him: “Reach out your hand to heal, and grant that wonders and miracles may be performed through the name of your holy Servant Jesus” (4:30).
