Learning ChristSample

Learning Through Obedience
Jesus said, “Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls” (Matthew 11:29).
To take His yoke means to walk in obedience and submission to His will. It’s choosing to walk beside Him, learning from His example of humility and service. When we participate in God’s Kingdom work like serving others, forgiving freely, and obeying His Word, we learn Christ in practical ways.
Learning Christ is not just about prayer or study; it’s also about imitation and followership. As we carry His burdens, we understand His heart. As we yield to His leading, we discover rest for our souls. Obedience is the classroom of spiritual maturity.
When we choose meekness over pride and servanthood over self, Christ is being formed in us. The more we walk with Him, the more we begin to reflect Him to the world.
Bible Reading: Matthew 11:29; Philippians 2:5–8; Ephesians 5:1–2
Reflection Question:
What area of your life is God calling you to surrender so you can learn Christ more deeply?
About this Plan

Learning Christ is more than gaining knowledge—it’s a lifelong journey of transformation. We are called not just to know about Jesus but to know Him personally and reflect His life in ours. This plan helps you understand what it means to truly learn Christ through the Holy Spirit, His Word, obedience, and godly examples in the family of faith. Each day draws you into deeper fellowship with Jesus, teaching how to grow in His humility, purity, and love. Whether new or mature in faith, you’ll see Christ more clearly and walk with Him more closely.
