He Is the One True God
Growing up I didn’t attend Church. My family were not church goers, nor did they see faith as an important part of life. It wasn’t until my sophomore year in high school that a friend from school talked to me about Jesus.Shortly after I found myself accepting Christ, and attending Church with her and her family. I was captivated by who Jesus was and what he had done for me. I realized I was a lost teenager that had been desperately searching - for answers, for purpose, for the reason for my very existence. Jesus was, and has been ever since, what my soul was deeply longing for. To me HE IS the one and only. The one true God who sacrificed His son so I could experience the free gift of salvation. He is the Savior of our soul.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, we love and honor You. Thank You for Your goodness, kindness, and faithfulness. It is overwhelming to think that a holy God stepped into this world to bring salvation and redemption to us. We are so grateful for who You are and all You have done. Amen.
