You are now invited to the Spiritual Gym for the next 3 minutes. Together, we will stretch and work out our faith muscles, so that our faith will continue to grow in God.

ACTIVATION

Ephesians 3:17, TPT, Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside of you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life.

·Define these key words. Then, examine them under the microscope of your life and rate them on the scale we used earlier.

1. How do you constantly use your faith?

2. What does “the life of Christ will be released deep inside of you” look like to you?

a.Are you demonstrating Christ’s life now?

b.Ask the Holy Spirit to enhance this area for you.

3. In what ways do you display “the resting place” of the love of Jesus?

a.Ask the Holy Spirit to help you.

b.Ask the Holy Spirit to remind you of this anytime you are not showing the world His resting place.

4. How is Jesus the “root of your life”?

a.What changes do you need to make to display this for the world to see?

b.Ask the Holy Spirit for His assistance in this area also.
