It Wasn’t the EndSample

One Thought at a Time
I couldn’t change what happened. But I could change what I was telling myself.
When a negative thought showed up, I tried something new: replacing it.
Not with perfect phrases. But with simple truth.
Instead of thinking, “This will never get better,” I began to say, “Today is hard, but it’s not the end.”
The Bible says when our thinking changes, our life begins to change too (Romans 12:2).
That’s how I lived it: one thought at a time, one day at a time.
Reflection
What thought could you start changing today to care for yourself?
Prayer
God, teach me to speak to myself with truth and love. Help me change my thoughts, one at a time, and trust that You’re still working in me. Amen.

About this Plan

There was a moment in my life when everything changed suddenly. My heart hurt, and my mind grew tired. Thoughts, fear, and questions wouldn’t leave me alone. It was Jesus who helped me see that it wasn’t the end. He didn’t change what happened right away, but He changed how I lived through it. Little by little, He taught me how to breathe again. This plan comes from real experiences. If you’re going through something difficult, I want to walk with you for these six days.
