The Enemy Fights Your Vision

When Joseph received his dream, he was still very young. The future God showed him seemed great, even difficult for a boy to understand.

Yet that dream immediately began to face opposition.

His brothers looked at him with contempt and said,
"Here comes the dreamer."

The dream was not fulfilled right away. Between the promise and its fulfillment, there was a long process marked by betrayal, injustice, prison, and waiting.

This reminds us of an important truth in the spiritual life: God does not only accomplish His plans, but in the meantime, He works deeply in the hearts of the people He has chosen.

The enemy does not simply fear a believer.
He fears a believer who sees God's future.

For this reason, he will try to extinguish your dreams, weaken your hope, and confuse your vision.

But as we go through difficult seasons, God is also shaping our character.

Joseph did not lose his integrity. Even when he was falsely accused, he continued to walk with God.

When a dream that comes from God remains alive in the heart, circumstances may slow the journey... but they cannot stop it.

Prayer:

Lord, help me not to lose the vision when I go through difficult moments.
Strengthen my heart and keep alive the dream You have placed within me.
