Today, I choose to embrace the caring, forgiving, spontaneous, redeeming love God has for me!
Today, I choose to allow God’s love to drive away all my fears. Today, by faith, I trust that God, in his love, has set limits on all the events happening at my workplace.
Today, I choose to do something that will never end – today, I choose to love the people I work with and serve with the same unselfish love God has poured out on me. Today, I choose to love the people I work with more than I love my work. Today, I choose to love the people I work with more than the company, profits, budgets, schedules, or to-do lists.
Today, I choose to believe that when buildings, bureaucracies, budgets, books, programs, disease, project plans, sales, utilities, stores, and construction are gone, God’s love will be as enduring as ever.
Prayer: Jesus, thank you for your eternal love that existed before the earth was formed. Thank you for loving me so much that you made the ultimate sacrifice for me. Thank you for choosing to love me so much that you left the glory of heaven to experience all the temptations I will face today. Heavenly Father, thank you that you are love. Today, I choose to abide in you. Amen.
