“While we were still sinners…” God loved you first. He loved you at your worst and chose to lay His life down for yours. Dear friend, are you struggling today knowing if you are worth loving? Jesus didn’t just speak words of love, He demonstrated His love for you. With arms open wide and hands nailed to a rugged old cross, He died for you because He loves you. Jesus died for you before you had your “act together”, while you were hopeless in your sin. So does God love sinners? You better believe He does, so much so that He hung on a cross for us.
