Who is She?

She's someone's daughter. She's someone’s sister. She's a struggling single mother who found herself financially bound, entered the porn industry to pay the bills and now she's trapped. She might be smiling on the screen but she's not happy. She finds no joy in what she does.

Porn is not real. We put ourselves in fantasy situations that tell us these women have chosen to be with us. They don't have hope. They have wounds. If the women on the other side of the screen would tell us their life stories, all the details of the pain and struggles they've experienced, we couldn't be aroused by what they do on camera.

These are daughters of the God we worship. These are our sisters in Christ. We're family, and we need to fight Satan in the larger story rather than implant ourselves in a fantasy with women who are in severe pain.
