Ancora Kids Meet Paul's FriendsSample

LOVING FRIENDS
When Paul wrote a letter to his friends in the city of Corinth he ended it with a prayer for them. You can read Paul’s prayer in today’s Bible verse.
Paul is asking God to give lots and lots of his love to each of them, and to always be with them.
God’s love is wonderful and very special. It helps us to love each other too.
If you go to a church, you may hear Paul’s prayer at the end of a service.
Pretend you are one of Paul’s friends in Corinth and that you are reading his letter to you for the first time. Read the Bible verse aloud as a message to you and about you. How do you think Paul’s friends felt to hear these words? What do the words make you feel?
Pray: Think about your friends. Use the words of 2 Corinthians, chapter 13, verse 13 as a prayer for them.
