True North: RedemptionSample
The first step towards redemption is repentance. Repentance is asking God to forgive you of your sin, and then for you to change course or direction. It doesn’t mean that you will never commit that sin again. It means that you are changing the course of your heart towards sin. You are desiring to not sin again.
Repent quickly! So often when we sin, out of shame, guilt, or anger with ourselves, we are ashamed to go to God and ask for His forgiveness. So we end up being disconnected from Him, which leads us to not pray, read the Bible, or do the things we know we need to do. When we fail to repent, it often affects our attitude and mood. All of this is simply because we haven’t taken our sin/failures to God for forgiveness.
Repent quickly and allow the healing power of Jesus to redeem you.

About this Plan
Even with the amazing gift of redemption, all of us still sin even after accepting Jesus. God’s love, grace, and mercy for us don’t end at salvation. It’s just the beginning. No matter what you’ve done, no matter how far you’ve fallen, God is still waiting and wanting to redeem you back to Himself.
