Living In The Middle East—Stop And Listen

DAY 4 OF 5

Your Worship

In true worship there is communion with God, Him who we hold such value to has poured out love into our hearts and it’s He who calls us valuable. We should value personal times of worship. Something valuable has worth and importance. Ask God if there is something in your life that you hold more valuable than Him. In our times of focusing on Him, we are shaped for our futures and prepared for our callings. When He reveals Himself our only just response is worship.

Before David sat on a throne and governed a kingdom he was a worshiper. In obscurity his love for God was displayed in worship. No wonder it was normal for him to worship in victory (Goliath) and in defeat (Bathsheba). It was ordinary for him. We can exchange normal for nominal, existing only in name and not really in action. Acting requires a shifting away from distraction and procrastination. Intimacy is simply time spent with God. The work of Jesus wasn't just about saving us from our sins but restoring us to a plan and purpose He has put into our hearts. Do you have a dream in your heart that is from God? If you're not sure, ask Him for one.

About this Plan

Living In The Middle East—Stop And Listen

In a world that is constantly spinning and moving at a fast pace, we invite you to stop and listen to what God is saying to you. Take the next five days to stop and listen to His voice and let Him guide you and lead you to be found in Him.
