It means every part of your life--body, soul, spirit, relationships, dreams, and work--is being nourished and is growing and thriving. Shalom is the reality of God's Kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy being expressed in your life.

• Can my spouse and friends truly be themselves around me?
• Am I able to respond well in any situation, or do I react and blame my choices on external forces?
• How am I adding to the peace in my relationships?
• How and when do I let chaos or disorder in?
