Keeping Fear and Anxiety at Bay
In spite of all of the challenges we have faced or will do so in the future, God reminds us that anxiety is to be resisted through prayer and thanksgiving which brings about His true peace.
He has given us His Holy Spirit which allows us to cast off fear, doubt, and anxiety.
We are more than conquerors, and He has given us peace that doesn’t make sense given the circumstances. Think about that for a moment. We can have peace that rests on us even when we should be out of control emotionally. That’s more powerful than anything this world has to offer us.
Why don’t we plug into His peace more often?
We only need to cry out to Him for help in our time of need.

While we rejoice at many triumphs of leaders in the Bible, we scarce remember their frequent, often undeserved, trials. It is during these challenges of life, survived over decades usually, that God creates a foundation for their incredible leadership success. We will examine many heroic, overcoming stories and how God’s word encourages us during difficult circumstances. Leadership isn’t easy, but He will always be with us.
