DAY ONE: Why Fast
Fasting is good for you on so many levels. Few things you can do for your body have as much power as fasting does to radically improve your physical health. Fasting helps to break food addictions and other unhealthy eating habits.
After a fast, fresh fruits and vegetables taste wonderful. And you won’t desire to binge or overeat as you receive the nourishment your body needs. So don’t be alarmed. Fasting doesn’t have to be scary. It will improve your health physically and spiritually.
