Read the Scripture several times. What word or phrase stands out to you? Spend some time meditating on it. What may the Lord be inviting you to notice or do with this word or phrase?

Ponder

Spend some time journaling your answers (or making a voice memo) to the following questions:

• Imagine you are hiking in the Grand Canyon. As you look along the path, you see a steep drop on one side, but the other side is the massive rock of the Canyon. In this context, imagine God as your rock. What are some ways you can hold onto Him when you feel like you could slip and fall at any moment?
• List 10 ways that the Lord has been faithful to you in your life.
• Notice what you are focusing on today. What would it be like to pay more attention to God than your circumstances?
