SERVE GOD TO SHOW OTHERS THE WAY TO SALVATION.
My church was full of people ready and waiting to see God move among His people. We had been serving God in good works for years through discipleship and youth programs, missions, and outreach opportunities. I was one of those eager members who wanted to see a true revival in my community, especially in the younger generation. As I sat and listened to the message from the preacher, I heard the Holy Spirit whisper in my ear, “Are you praying together with others for revival and repentance for all people?” As I heard this instruction, I realized that I had not been praying with others for this move that we desired. God had created all of us to pray together as one to see Him move among us. I was stirred in my spirit by the Holy Spirit and committed that very day to start praying with others for revival among all. I was created to serve by praying.
Do you desire to see God move in your community so that others will repent and believe? To see the kingdom of God, we must seek salvation among all people. Everyone who believes in Christ Jesus can come to His throne. And who knows, you might be the very one who could bring someone to know God and experience revival in their hearts. You were created for good works in Christ Jesus. Go show others the way to salvation!
PRAYER
Dear Lord, every day I draw closer to you, I see greater things that you can and will do in my life. I believe that you can do the impossible! I know all things will work out for my good and your glory when I put my full faith and trust in you. I will trust and obey because I want no other way than to please you as I work. I will host your presence in my life in a fresh new way as Your child, created in Christ Jesus for good works. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
PRAISE
Give thanks to the Lord for creating you in Christ Jesus for good works!
PROMISE
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
